Returns
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you can create a return request via barkersoutlet.com. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please submit a claim through barkersoutlet.com, indicating the issue and providing photos. We will cover return shipping in such cases and provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including (but not limited to):
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Underwear, swimwear, or hosiery (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Policy Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Original packaging and tags must remain intact.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the return criteria.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Enter your order number, select the items to return, and choose your reason.
- Follow the instructions provided and ship the item back to the address given.
- Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
